Registration And Licensing FAQ
Tirenoa is installed and maintained by Tiaro Digital Agency for its clients. There is nothing for you to register: no purchase code, no license key and no account to connect.
This page answers the questions that come up when you see the word “Registered” in the Tirenoa dashboard.

Do I Have To Register?
No. Every Tirenoa installation counts as registered from the start. There is no form to fill in and no code to enter, and nothing expires.
At the top of Tirenoa (the dashboard screen), administrators see the card Your Website is Registered with the line “Tirenoa is active and fully licensed on this website.” The bar below the dashboard menu shows the version number followed by Registered. Both are status displays; neither can be changed.
Does Any Feature Depend On Registration?
No. Theme and plugin updates, the Plugins screen, the prebuilt Websites, Studio and the Patcher all work without any registration step.
Some screens still mention product registration or a purchase code in their introduction text, for example the Plugins screen. You can ignore these sentences.
Which Server Does Tirenoa Contact?
Updates, the plugin list, prebuilt websites and patches come from Tiaro’s own update server. To find the right files, the site sends the version numbers of Tirenoa and its plugins. No license check takes place.
You can test the connection on Tirenoa › System Status with the Check Tirenoa Server Status button.
Who Do I Ask About My Contract?
What is included for your site, such as updates, maintenance and support hours, is part of your agreement with Tiaro and is not stored in the theme. Contact Tiaro at https://tiaro.eu/contact/ with any question about it.
