How To Get Support

Support for Tirenoa comes from Tiaro Digital Agency, the team that builds the theme and maintains your site. You do not need to register for it.

This guide shows how to contact Tiaro and how to create the system report that saves a round of questions.

Contact Tiaro

Send your request through the contact page at https://tiaro.eu/contact/. If you already have a contact person at Tiaro, write to them directly.

What To Include

  • The address of the page where the problem shows, or the admin screen you were on.
  • What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. Quote error messages word for word.
  • When it started, and what changed shortly before: an update, a new plugin, edited content.
  • Whether it happens for visitors, for logged-in users, or both, and in which browser and on which device.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible.
  • The system report described below, for technical problems.

Note: Never send passwords in a support request. If Tiaro needs access, they will tell you how to provide it safely.

Create The System Report

  1. Open Tirenoa › System Status. You need an administrator account.
  2. Click Get System Report. A text box with the report appears.
  3. Click Copy For Support. The button confirms with “Copied!”.
  4. Paste the text into your message.

The report is created in your browser from what the System Status screen shows. Nothing is sent anywhere until you paste it into a message yourself.

Part of the report What it contains
Tirenoa Versions The current Tirenoa version and up to three earlier ones
WordPress Environment Home and site address, the server paths of WordPress, WordPress version, multisite, memory limit, debug mode and language
Server Environment Web server and PHP version, PHP limits, database version, upload size and whether required server features are available
Active Plugins The plugins that are active on the site

The report contains no passwords, no user data and no page content.

Checks You Can Run First

  • If an update, a plugin installation or a prebuilt website import fails, click Check Tirenoa Server Status on the System Status screen. It tests the connection to the server these files come from. Include the result in your message.
  • If a page looks wrong after a change to options or styles, click Reset Caches in the admin bar and reload the page.
  • Tirenoa › Support links to the documentation and the quick start guide.
