Quick Start Guide

Tirenoa adds its own menu to the WordPress admin area. Almost everything you do with the site starts there: site-wide settings, the header and footer, forms, saved content and maintenance tools.

This guide shows where things are and how the main parts fit together. Tiaro installs and sets up Tirenoa for you, so you usually start with a working site and only need to find your way around.

Global Options

Open Tirenoa › Options. Global Options hold everything that applies to the whole site. The sidebar groups them: Site, Design, Navigation, Content, Media & Social, Privacy & Security, Email, SEO & Performance and Advanced.

Start with Colors and Typography in the Design group. Elements use these values by default, so one change there updates the whole site. Click Save Changes when you are done.

Note: Reset Section and Reset All put options back to their defaults. Use them with care on a finished site.

Create A Page With The Builder

  1. Go to Pages › Add New and enter a title.
  2. Click Live Builder to edit the page as visitors will see it, or Back-end Builder to build it inside the admin area.
  3. Add a container, choose its columns, and add elements such as text, images or buttons to the columns.
  4. In the Live Builder, use the Preview and Responsive controls in the toolbar to check the page on desktop, tablet and phone.
  5. Click Save. The toolbar also lets you set the page to Publish or Draft.

The Live Builder button in the top bar of the Tirenoa dashboard opens the home page in the Builder. Inside the Live Builder, the Support menu in the toolbar lists the keyboard Shortcuts.

When You Need Help

Tiaro is your support contact. If something does not work, open Tirenoa › System Status, click Get System Report and then Copy For Support, and send the report along with a description of the problem.
